Based on the Fleurieu Coast, we manage a small, carefully curated collection of holiday homes across Normanville, Carrickalinga, Second Valley and Yankalilla. Our focus is on quality over quantity — ensuring each property is professionally presented, well cared for and genuinely welcoming.

We spent an extended break at The Studio in Normanville and were very happy and comfortable in the property. It is very conveniently situated being a five minute drive from the beach and town centre. The property offers beautiful accommodation, well appointed and equipped with all needs taken care of for a very enjoyable stay. It was clean and well presented. Outside there is a bbq and sitting area with glorious sea and countryside views. This is an ideal place for a couple, plenty of space and completely private. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay at The Studio. It was more than spacious enough for the two of us and felt very private and peaceful. We especially loved having breakfast on the beach each morning. A beautiful, relaxing spot for some time away together.
