Tucked away in a quiet corner of Normanville, this private coastal retreat offers couples (and the occasional little traveller) a peaceful place to pause, reconnect and enjoy the uncomplicated pleasures of the Fleurieu Coast. Just minutes from Normanville Beach and the township, it’s close to everything, while feeling wonderfully removed from it all.

This isn’t a place to rush through. It’s a place to settle into.

The Space

Thoughtfully designed and beautifully simple, The Studio is completely self-contained with its own private entrance, courtyard and lawn area. Open country views stretch beyond the property, with glimpses of the ocean waiting from the lawn – best enjoyed slowly, coffee in hand.

Inside you’ll find a light-filled space designed for comfort in every season, with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans throughout. Outside, the private courtyard and BBQ invite long breakfasts, easy dinners and conversations that don’t need an ending.

It’s everything you need, and nothing you don’t.

Sleeping Arrangements

The Studio is perfectly suited to two adults or a small family of up to three guests.

The Studio is located within a peaceful residential neighbourhood and has been thoughtfully designed for quiet coastal getaways. Guests enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay, with independent access and no shared guest spaces.

To preserve the relaxed atmosphere of both the property and the surrounding neighbourhood, The Studio is not suitable for parties, events or excessive noise. Quiet hours apply after 10.00pm.

Please note that the property is not suitable for small children due to an unfenced retaining wall. An external security camera monitors the entrance gate for guest safety.
